Prior to founding FIGA, Jon Hale was a senior board member of a number of quoted companies in different business sectors and is a qualified accountant.

During his time in Industry, he was responsible for IPOs, private placings, buying and selling businesses, troubleshooting, legal and litigation matters, commercial negotiation, business plans, relations with Financial Institutions, financial press and wires, raising equity and debt funding and liaising with the City, London.

He is the Managing Director of FIGA and currently has a number of non-executive directorships in private companies.
